New, unopened Ruud Lighting Direct products returned (within one year from original date of purchase) with our prior authorization and in re-saleable condition will be considered for credit.

A minimum of 15% is deducted from all credits to cover inspection, re-testing and re-packaging costs. Returned Ruud Lighting Direct poles receive an additional $5 per foot deduction. Final credit determined after our inspection is completed.

Special product returns and C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Contact our Technical Support for a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA #).
