A simplified, low cost housing and lens-frame design incorporates the versatility of three optical choices in standard flood, cutoff flood or wide flood. Square Flood and Area Our Square Flood and Area line offers fixtures with optical systems designed to meet specific lighting-application needs. These computer designed systems give optimum performance. Wedge Light The distinctive, streamlined style of the Wedge Light, available in two optical systems, provides outstanding performance. NEW AeroDome™ Area Lights Providing up to 1000 watts of power in a unique housing design, the AeroDome Series features a choice of four vertical lamp optical systems (IES Type III, IV & V and Automotive Frontline) that meet Full Cutoff Classification. For application and installation flexibility, the Type III, IV and Automotive Frontline models offer optional rotatable optics. Both the side mount and post-top mount models incorporate a specially designed, segregated ballast compartment to provide ease of installation and maintenance and to optimize component life. Square Dome Area Lights These area lights feature a unique style and dayform appearance. The luminaires include a choice of three high performance optical systems that feature the benefits of optimized vertical pulse start lamps for greatest efficacy and life. Rectangular Flood and Area Available with four Flood and two Area optical systems, the Rectangular Series offers a functional alternative for low profile sign, flagpole and general illumination applications. Premium Crown-Weld® Poles Premium square steel and aluminum poles offer the ultimate in strength and reliability. These non-tapered poles are available in 3-, 4-, 5- or 6-inch square ranging from 10- through 30-feet in length. Marking a breakthrough in light-pole safety and endurance, our Crown-Weld® pole base design* is many times stronger than traditional designs. Its four formed triangle sections and increased weld surface area provides a dramatic improvement in pole fatigue resistance and yield strength. The Crown-Weld pole base design proves vastly superior, with a 50 percent increase in EPA values. Standard Poles Ruud Lighting Standard square steel poles provides a lower cost alternative with good quality and reliability. Ruud® Standard poles are available in 3-, 4-, 5- or 6-inch square ranging from 15- through 35-feet in length. All Ruud Standard poles come standard with an industry standard powder finish that provides a close color match to fixtures and mounting brackets. Each pole is shipped complete with partially galvanized anchor bolts, paper mounting template (not to scale), welded base with a non-metallic cover and a pole cap in black. A 2-1/2- x 5-inch hand hole with grounding lug and hand-hole cover is also included.
